The collegial governing bodies are the Pedagogical Council and the Parent Committee. Labor relations are carried out on the basis of a collective agreement.
The procedure for admitting children to the institution: from 2 to 6 years old.
Working hours of the institution: five-day working week.
For pedagogical staff — 24 hours per week, for maintenance staff — 40 hours per week.
Duration of organized educational activities: in preschool preparatory groups — from 15 to 30 minutes, in other groups — throughout the day, in mini-centers — in shifts.
Start of educational activities in groups — 09:00.
In mini-centers: morning shift — 09:00, afternoon shift — 14:00.
The preschool institution operates on the basis of an approved Charter.
Currently, the kindergarten has 12 functioning groups.
In the second building, there are 2 full-day groups and 4 mini-centers, where education and upbringing are conducted in the Kazakh language.
In the third building — 4 full-day groups and 20 groups (text continuation not completed — can be added if necessary).

The building consists of two floors.
All conditions are created in the kindergarten for the preservation of life and the strengthening of the child’s health, full physical development, and the formation of healthy lifestyle values.
Groups are clean, spacious, bright, and equipped with a large number of toys.
In all groups, the developing subject-spatial environment is multifunctional, dynamic, taking into account the age characteristics and changes in the activities of preschool children.
High-level medical rooms operate: vaccination and treatment rooms.
On the second floor, there are specially organized physical education and music halls, providing favorable conditions for the child’s physical and mental development, and the formation of aesthetic taste.
Each group has its own outdoor playground, equipped with age-appropriate play equipment and soft flooring.
For holding events and active games during the summer, there is a sports ground.
Throughout the academic year, the educational process in the kindergarten is carried out in all groups based on the State Compulsory Standard of Preschool Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Model Curriculum for Preschool Upbringing and Education.
The institution employs a methodologist, educational psychologist, music instructors, physical education instructors, speech therapist, nurse, diet nurse, and other staff who perform their assigned duties.
The kindergarten includes: playrooms, bedrooms, reception areas, medical room, isolation room, dining room, laundry room, storage rooms — all equipped according to the age of the children.
Children are provided with three hot meals a day, as well as fruits and juices once a day.
The menu is created based on seasonal features.
Certificates for delivered food products are regularly checked.
Monthly and daily menus are updated and made available for parents’ review.
Food culture, sanitary and hygienic skills, and food norms are subject to control.
